So I ordered a product from Stock. I never received the product, a confirmation email, or any other communication. I unfortunately tried 3 times and was charged 3 times despite receiving a message that says something like "we are having issues processing order. please contact customer service". Of course, then I go to the customer support area and they make it impossible to actually find someone to talk to. The chat is currently disabled and there is no email or phone contact info.
Does anybody know where I can find support and get my refund?
