Your subscription was in a suspended mode earlier and hence your account wasn't charged. It seems that you did update your card details and hence the account turned active and you were charged 35,99€.
If you are not using the Stock subscription, please contact our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? as they will be able to help you with the cancellation and refund requests.

I have checked your account details and noticed that you have signed up for Adobe Stock 3 images per month plan on 29 May 2017.
The payment status is in a "cancelling state" and you will not be billed further for the same.
