So, I'm new to this adobe stock because someone asked me to. I bought credit plans of 5 photos and the plans purchase was successfull.
But, I can't licensed any photo. What's wrong with my account? Can someone point what's wrong with this issue?

Indonesia is a restricted country. You should switch to your region, before searching the database. You will get shown only assets that can be licensed in your region.

I did try to sign in & out several times and till yesterday it still no luck. I'm in Indonesia.
I want to license some Singaporean photos. One of them is this:

Oh! The message I got was: This asset cannot be licensed.
I tried other photos, and got same message.

Please contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

You can't change your region to licence assets. Your region is tied to your credit card, and you can only licence assets that are available to you in your region.
