I can't cancel my adobe stock plan!!

I was charged a payment of adobe stock even though I could not use any license and I could cancel the plan!!! This is a full-blown scam! There is no such thing.

I apologize for the troubles that you're facing however I did check your account and it seems that the email address you provided in the post is not a valid Adobe ID.

Please check the Adobe ID while placing the order and try using that.
