I cannot finish my free Stosk trial

I cannot see my billing status and connot cancell it. Customers service is not answering... any ideas to finish a free Stock one month plan? 

No puedo ver mi historial de facturación. El servicio de atención al cliente no contesta. Alguna idea para dar de baja una prueba gratiuta de un mes?

Using the Adobe ID you are using on the forums I do not see any Adobe Stock subscriptions associated with your Adobe ID. Is it possible you have a subscription or trial under a different Adobe ID?
