Good evening,
I tried to find a contact on the adobe stock website as me and my company have some important questions regarding licences and an item we're interested in to buy to use in our new tv show. Is there somebody who could help me with some contact we can write to?
Thank you very much!
Best,
Tim

Hi @Tim.Gosche ,
At the very bottom of the Adobe Stock page is a narrow black menu strip. On it you will see Learn and support. Click on it. On the new page, at the bottom right a chat bubble will pop-up. Click on it and ask your question there. They will give you the correct address to reach out to.
Best wishes
JG

Hey jacquelingphoto2017,
thank you so much for your quick reply. I found that chat bubble but got the following text there:
"Contact your administrator for help. Someone in your organization has been assigned to be the point of contact for problems with your Adobe products. Contact your administrator or IT contact for help.."
Do you have any idea what I can do? 😄
Thank you!

Hi @Tim.Gosche ,
I am sorry for the inconvenience. I am not sure what is happening from your end, but I was able to use the same method to contact an agent.
It is assumed you are working with an organization that "having business/team subscription of Adobe applications" The agent said, "In that case team admin was having all the details/rights to contact" Adobe. He said you "may approach the admin or (to ask you) to provide the link/details so, (you) can contact (Adobe's) support".
I hope this was helpful
Best wishes
JG
