Nicole,

Apologies for the confusion here- what I meant was you signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images a month(one-year) plan on 24th February 2018. Under this plan, the first month is a free trial, however, Service begins from the moment that you activate this trial period by submitting your payment details. You will not be charged for the first month’s billing cycle. You’ll be charged the rate stated above, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), e

Branching to a new discussion,

Hi Nicole,

Sorry to hear that.

I did go through your account details and noticed that you had Adobe Stock 10 images per month plan which was purchased on 24 Feb 2018 and has already been cancelled.

You may also reach our support team Support FAQ: How can I contact Adobe for support? for help and assistance.

Hi Twarita,

what do you mean with purchased?

I just wanted to try the one month testversion for free. Your right, I cancelled the Adobe Stock 10 Images per month immediately as I saw it in my account today and I hope I don’t have to pay for it. There is also still the free Adobe stock version listed in my account. Do I have to cancel it separately?

regards

You’ll be charged the rate stated above, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month starting with the second month’s billing cycle for the duration of your first annual contract. For more information, you may also refer to Legal subscription terms | Adobe

If you cancel during the first-month billing cycle, your credit card will not be charged and your service will continue until the end of that first month’s billing cycle. If you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded.

Since you have already cancelled your subscription within this time-frame, you will not be charged further for Adobe Stock.

Also, as you have already cancelled your Stock subscription today, I would request you to download the remaining assets/images before it expires. The assets once downloaded remains in the license history.

Hope this information helps!
