I am the Administrator on our Enterpise Adobe account and for some reason a few months ago I started getting added automatically to team projects that my users are creating in Premier Pro. They cannot delete me from their projects and I am getting notifications of every change they make.
Here is one of messages they get when they try to save:
"This project can’t be saved. Are you sure you want to quit?” It’s checking with your account at these moments because your name lights up.
Is there a way to stop my account from automatically being added to the team project? I don't need to be in their projects and this just recently started happening. I have not made any changes on the Admin side and cannot find any settings to change it.
Any thoughts or ideas?

Hi there,
Please ensure your account isn’t set as a default collaborator for new projects. As an administrator, you can manage user roles and permissions from the Adobe Admin Console. Verify if there are any settings that might be causing this automatic addition.
Please refer to the following document for detailed guidance on how to manage product permissions in the Adobe Admin Console: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/manage-permissions-and-roles.html
If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Thank you.
Best regards,
A.N

Thanks for that tip but I am still not seeing anywhere to check or change where this might be happening.
There are no rules or auto assigments setup.
This is only happening in Premier Pro when the users create a new Team Project it automatically adds me(the Admin) as a collaborator and they cannot remove me. See screenshot of what they see and they cannot click on my name to remove me as a collaborator as they would any other collaborator. Not only does it add my Admin account it also adds my personal account that is outside of our Enterpise account.

Hi @crainc36852231,
I can reproduce this behavior on my end and created a bug which is currently being looked at.
Best,
