Thanks. At least it is good to know that your machine configuration is not the issue. For the "test1" photo, are the original cropped raw file? We found a bug that if at least one of the distracting people’s masks is out of the crop bounds, the message “unable to find distracting people” appears in the people section, even though distracting people are present within the crop bounds. Thanks for sharing your test images. I am not able to reproduce the issue on my end. All the persons are correctly dedetected when running on my MBP.   Are you running this on Windows? Please follow https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/acr-gpu-faq.html#update to keep your GPU driver current. That is most likely the reason that you don't get any meaningful result. ... View more
