It makes no sense. Why is there an audio effect in Premiere that isn't in their audio editing software Audition? I hate having to add the extra step to edit a podcast by first putting in through Premiere.

I keep having this issue now across multiple projects. Some are new projects, some are editing old projects. Some have video footage, most don't. It's almost im possible to preview anything anymore. I can render with Adobe Media Encoder but that is ridiculous.

Greetings all, I am constantly getting this error on multiple projects. Projects with video with footage and projects that are pure vector animation. It's making it impossible to preview animation.

Sorry for the delayed response. I'm on version 5.5 of Lightroom. Windows 11. I didn't notice any updates prior to it. All I know is I have been a long time LRC user and decided to edit a batch of headshots in the cloud version of Lightroom to give it a try. Worked good once I got used to the UI differences. Exported the images and moved on. Went back a week or 2 later to make further edits and it's all empty. I've logged out of the Creative Cloud and back in. I've looked everywhere within Adobe apps and websites to find any hint of the headshots I worked on. Nothing.

I know I have many photos in the Cloud for use in Lightroom but now Lightroom says I have nothing. Which is very wrong and very troubling. I have work files on there.
I ahve one CC acount and no other so there is no confusion there. I restarted CC etc. Nothing. And they are not visible through the web either. Adobe for some reason deleted my library.
I knew I should have stuck with Lightroom Classic and local storage. I will now but I need my photos back, {Title edited by Moderator}

Currently 2-step verification is NOT enabled in my account settings and yet I still get the hassle of being asked the phone number, code etc. This all started a few weeks ago. How do I turn it off?

I don't want to get caught up in this specific example. This happens in AME with any video. If I take an existing rendered video (i.e. not uncompressed camera file). Do anything to it (crop it, color correct etc) and then render it out using AME, the file size is MUCH larger. even if what I did was make the video shorter.

The source did not have VFR. And It's not just a bit larger. Files can be 10x as large. This is pretty consistent across many projects so let's not focus on this one example (which again was a white box of text). When encoding using a previously rendered video (whether to color correct or even trim it shorter, which should lend itself to a smaller file size) The file is ALWAYS much bigger. Even if I reduce the settings where the final out put is significantly worse than the original (reduce in bit-rate in both video and audio) l, It's still a larger file. And h.264 being lossy seems like that would be a reason for a smaller file size, not an explanation of larger.

.25 is the output quality I set to try and get a smaller file size. And it is unacceptably low I agree. The data rate of the source is 127kbps but making the output any higher only makes the file size problem worse. Hense my issue And I just used the windows snipping tool t get the screen shot

Greetings, Why is it, no matter what settings I choose, If I render a video file, the output is ALWAYS a larger file size than the source file? Even if minimally touched. Heck even if I trim it to make it shorter, it's still larger. Here is the AME settings to a project where all I did was put a white box over 4 sec of text. And the final file is almost twice as big and of much crappier quality at these settings

Mac: user_name/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/14.0 just delete that and reopen After Effects. It will rebuild it and it worked from me from that point on. Now granted I'm on a PC so I hope it works the same for you

No there is nothing unusual about my setup. Everything on C Drive, auto installed wherever it would naturally go. However once I restarted everything to write down the error, It seemed to load up fine. So I'm not sure what changed. Thank you

It keep creating a new folder here \Documents\Adobe\Character Animator\Beta\Getting Started Project [Beta 5] 4 but then gives a long compiler source error (random number ending in.json) This on top of issues with Cinema 4D Lite. I really love and dread CC updates How do I view the new Start Here project?

It seems if I go in a delete the 14.0 folder from AppData/Roaming it will work and force a rebuild. I looked up what I had to do last time. Is that really the procedure it takes to fully update this software? twice in a row?

This is getting old. This is at least the 3rd AE update that, once updated refuses to open projects with Cinema 4D files or even start a new one. Same error every time. After Effects: AEGP Plugin CINEWARE SCeneLayer: CINERENDER - Connection failure (5027 :: 12 ) How can you not have fixed this? And yes, I have everything possible running in Administrator mode. Doesn't help. I should not have to spend hours searching forums and posting on them to update your software. Any new version always comes with as much dread as excitement.
