As the results of the Google search shows you have post in many different forums the same text like "I’m Kamal Hinduja, based in Geneva, Switzerland. I'm new to this community and ...." or something like that.
Some forums are marked the entries as scams.
So it looks like this will be also a scam.
I'll locked this thread.

Please describe your issue a little bit more detailed.
Which plugin do you try to open?
Which way you're using to open Nik? Via the Plugin symbols or as a filter?
Try to a complete and clean (by using the Nik Cleaner Tool) reinstallation of the Nik Collection.

Try to reset the preferences of Lightroom Classic: How to reset Lightroom Classic preferences (adobe.com)
It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:
https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/preference-file-and-other-file-locations.html
If this doesn't work create in a next step a new empty catalog. I'm not sure if this can be the problem but give it a try. Hold the Ctrl-Key while starting LrC. This opens a catalog selection dialog.
Click on "Create a New Catalog..." and see if this catalog works. If yes, you could then try to import your current catalog into the new one.
If this doesn't work your user account on Windows can become corrupted. To resolve the issue, create a different account, log in to the new account, and then try to install or run the Adobe application from the new account. See here for more informations: Create a local user account in Windows 11
If this doesn't help, I recommend a a complete and clean reinstallation by following the steps below:
Backup all personal data, like templates, presets etc.
Uninstall everything CC app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
Then uninstall the CC Desktop Client, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
Clean your computer of CC files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer (don't skip this)
Reinstall the CC Desktop Client, https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html
Use the Desktop Client to install your CC applications
Restore your personal data.
If you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)

You have install the recent version of graphic device driver. But make sure that you've installed the Studio Version of the driver and not the Game Ready version.
In a next step try deleting the GPU config file.
Quit Lightroom Classicand use the Windows Explorer to go to this location
C:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\GPU
(Be aware: normally this folder is hidden. Open the File Explorer, goto menu View > Show, then select Hidden items to view hidden files and folders.)
Delete all files and folders. LrC/ACR/LrD will recreate them as needed. Then try to start Lightroom
If you have buldin a CPU with an internal graphic processor disable the processor internal graphic card.
To disable use the Device Manager on Windows. In the Device Manager, right-click the card's name and choose Disable.
Close all Adobe applications and the goto the Adboe creative Cloud client and sign out. Then restart (cold boot) your computer start the Adobe CC client an sign in.

Here's another way to solve this.
In the first step you have to disable the option "Auto show the Home Screen" in the preferences.
After restarting PS the Home screen is still displayed.
The click on the PS symbol in the upper left corner. Then the "normal" PS screen will be shown.
After closing PS the Home Screen should be never displayed on startup.

Try a offline activation.
See solution 2 here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/serial-number-validation-launching-cs6.html
This doesn't work if you have reached your activation limit. Then you're out of luck, because Adobe has stopped supporting CS6 products and there's no chance to reset the activation counter.

This time it worked from your link - thanks a lot for helping. Mut be I had an older installer.
By @sigo
This seems not from the links that @Per Berntsen and I posted. In the posted links are installation files for the latest version of the perpetual Lightroom 6 version (6.14).
I don't know which link you've used, you installed a subscription based version, as @Rob_Cullen wrote.
Do you ask for an upgrading your catalog file after you start Lightroom?
The only way to fix it is a complete clean reinstallation of Lightroom 6. But beaware and deactivate your recent installation. Lightroom (Legacy v6.14) does not work if you have the Creative Cloud Desktop App installed. The desktop App converts Lr6 to Lr CC1025 which requires a paid subscription.
I can only suggest the following clena reinstallation without the CC client
Backup all personal data, like templates, presets, catalog(s) etc.
Uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
Then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
Clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
Restart your computer (don't skip this)
**DO NOT Reinstall the cc desktop app,
Install Lr v 6.14 using the 'Offline' method suggested by @kglad @ LIGHTROOM 6 -OFFLINE ACTIVATION
This is now the only way known to install, activate and use Lr6.14
Check in your Adobe account if you have a subscription; login with your Adobe ID. If there's a subscription listed you must cancel it. Please take a look here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html
and here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

I've checked this with my Wacom Intuos and I configured the upper bottom as right click and the bottom as double click.
And this configuration workes as it should.
Screenshot from the German version (Doppenklick -> double click, Rechtsklick -> right click).
But when I configured the bottom button of the pen as right click and the upper click as a single click it doesn't work.
I'm not sure if it's Photoshop or the tablet driver that here doesn't work. I've the latest available version of the Wacom driver (6.4.10-3) installed.
At the moment I don't have the time to take a look closer to this. I used this configuration above since I worked with a tablet.

@Fahad Adi
You’ve reactivated an old thread. And you wrote only "I am having the same issue". It may seem like it's the same problem, but it may not be. Also, you're not giving us any information about your system and what you've tried so far.
Rather than reactivating an old thread that is seemingly similar, you are posting to a new thread with fresh, complete information.
Please include system information, a detailed description of the problem and if it's possible a step-by-step instructions for reproduction. Also includes the steps that you've done by your own to solve the issue.
If the issue is really the same, we will merge you back into the appropriate location.
This thread will be locked.
Thank you!

@michelv12328957 I see a similar behavior on sending two images as layers from Lightroom to Photoshop after updating to the recent versions. But only the Object Selection tool in Photoshop is activate. If the brush tool (or any other) it worked for me as it should.
Try the following:
Open a blank document in Photoshop an select e.g. the brush tool. Thne close this document. Goto Lightroom and send the appropriate images as layers to Photoshop. What happened?

@GrahamJH I've take a closer look in an older version of Lightroom Classic and I know now wahat you mean.
If you click in the Develop module on Photo - Enhance a dialog appears and the Denoising starts automatically.
There's a change with the new version 14.4 and it doesn't start automatically anymore. You get an appropriate message that the funtion are now nondestructive and moved into the Details section.

Wie lautet die genauer Fehlermeldung? Bitte poste die Meldung Wort für Wort.
Als ersten Schritt solltest du auch mal die Voreinstellungen von Lightroom Classic auf die Standardwerte zurücksetzen:
https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom-classic/help/reset-preferences.html
Du solltest die Einstellungen sichern, bevor du die Voreinstellungen zurücksetzt. Kopiere die Datei
MacOS: /Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.LightroomClassicCC7.plist
Windows: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences\Lightroom Classic CC 7 Preferences.agprefs
an einen sicheren Ort auf deiner Festplatte. So kann man im Fall eines Falles die Vorseinstellungen wiederherstellen.

As @John Waller stated you're using Lightroom 6.0 and not 6.14 as you wrote. Therefore it's clear why Lightroom can't handle the 5D Mk IV files.
Here you'll find the installations files for the latest available version of LR 6 (6.14).
Mac: https://web.archive.org/web/20231114161051mp_/https://prdl-download.adobe.com/Lightroom/60BA1251F1BC...
Win: https://web.archive.org/web/20231220005239mp_/https://prdl-download.adobe.com/Lightroom/60BA1251F1BC...
Please be patient, the downloads can take several minutes to start and can proceed slowly.
I'll recommend to save the download files on an USB stick, hard drive or CD/DVD, but it isn't sure how long these links are available.
