Oh my.  I recently was forced to upgrade my Xrite Calibration Software to Calibrate CC Profiler.  It is a pay upgrade as xRite has abandoed my outdated i1Display Pro.  Now Luminar Neo has stopped working.  I have been working with Skylum all day.  I have removed all profiling software and unintalled and reinstalled Neo several times.  What a mess and lost work hours.  They are responsive and continue to ask for System Error Files to isolate the problem.  If I use Lightroom and edit in Neo, it creates a Tiff file, but Neo never launches.   David ... Thanks dj, It's not complicated. I edit the file and hit apply.  A dialog pops up, saying "exported 0 of 1". SS (attached).  I hear a couple of chimes from the PC, probalby from light room.  Then I go to Lightroom and the files are not there.  Nothing I do finds them.    David ... View more

I have some feedback for the bug fix team.   Over the weekend, I updated windows 10, updated Nvidia Graphics card and updated to Photoshop v25. Everything was fine before.  Today I ran into the problem in this thread. After working through ideas, I found that if I came to a complete stop when panning, the bug would not appear.  I tested with mouse and graphics tablet.  If you try to flick your way around the image it sticks and is unusable.   BTW, enable flicking doesn't chage any behavior.   Please fix, this is hard to manage. ... I have new information to add.  I changed my video card to meet the DirectX 12 requirments of PS Beta and GenFill.  Problem is now resloved.  I replaced two video cards, a GeForce 730 amd a GeForce 710 with a GeForce RTX 3060.  Hopefully, this will help the bug team.   David ... View more

Add me to the list of those who are so weary of Adobe's updates that I waited two months to upgrade to 2019.  I ended up having to reinstall Imagenomics and NIK and the "new" enhanced detail doesn't work at all even after the one hour windows 1809 update.
