JamezFilmz, that is odd. In today's 25.2 Beta build 083, I see the underline for the selected Sequence panel.
I wonder if something happned to your workspace? Could you try resetting your workspace and see if it then works? (Window menu > Worspaces > Reset to Saved Layout)

I had to use translate, so there may have been something lost in translation. Apologies if that is the case.
There is currently no setting to constrain text to the current/visible box size (you can resize the box to see the additional text until you have reached max screen size). Of possible help is the Caption Validation Beta feature, which will warn you when Subtitle text is outside of the visible box.
Hopefully this helps.

Until Interpret Footage support can be implemented for Proxy, a possible workaround is to use Speed/Duration, which is supported for Proxy.

Sorry for the wait, but this issue should now be resolved with Premiere Pro 15.4. https://helpx.adobe.com/premiere-pro/kb/fixed-issues.html - Clip outline (shadow trail) should be visible whenever the clip is moved in the timeline.

We have added the desired functionality, Ripple trim of first frame when you are at the head of a clip, as a new shortcut - Ripple Delete Head Frame. This is in the current Premiere Pro 22.5 Beta (build 032+) available in Creative Cloud. Back by popular demand you can ripple delete one frame at a time with your preferred keyboard shortcut. To use it, set up a Keyboard Shortcut (Option-Command-K) and search for “Ripple Delete Head Frame.” Once you have designated your KBS, position your playhead before the extraneous frames, press your chosen KBS and delete one frame at a time until you land on your ideal first frame. Try it out and let us know what you think! https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-pro-beta-discussions/ripple-delete-frame-shortcut/m-p/12953527#M5937

With Premiere Pro 14.0.3, it has been changed back to the existing functionality of previous versions of PPro (eg: 13.1.5 and earlier). ie: Trim shortcuts will trim clip Edit Point and Not move the Playhead. Based on feedback, it was best to roll back the changes to keep our long-standing behavior, until we can come up with a better solution.

Using the shortcuts for Trim Forward/Backward or Extend Selected Edit to Playhead will no longer go into Trim Mode in Premiere Pro 14.0.1 (just released). For the Trim Forward/Backward shortcuts, it will remain in the view that you were in and the Playhead will now follow the trim (what was intended in 14.0 changes).

Sorry for the terribly late reply. I was out of office for an extended period of time.
I asked around and I was told that we had to make a project version bump for later 22.0 builds due to some changes being made. Our apologies, this should have been communicated in this forum.

Our developers have looked into this and noted that you need to set the Text Engine to South Asian and Middle Eastern and then paste the text, to see the carons in all lines of text. This can be set in Track Settings for Captions. For newly created Graphics Text layers, go to Preferences > Graphics. For existing Graphics Text layers, you can go to the Essential Graphics panel and click the wrench icon next to Text font to open Text Properties.

That is odd. We have received feedback from numerous people that the fix in 14.0.1 worked for them. The only thing off the top of my head is possibly something is missing from your format folder structure, but if you got it to work before, that does not sound like it is the issue.
I would recommend you contact our support dept Adobe Help Center and ask for the "video queue". They should be able to help troubleshoot this issue with you.
