Hi @TheDigitalDog I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still the same, no matter what I do. I wonder if something has changed in OS 13.1 beta 3 that is causing this issue?

V24.0.1 Bug on MAC M1 Pro CMD K loads the preferences dialogue box, BUT the menu item is empty in the main tool bar. See the attached image. I have reset the preferences by deleting them but the bug is persistent 😞 Any help please?

@JeffreyTranberry Nope, its just a standard MacBook Pro with Big Sur, no problems with other software. Its the only issue I have with Photoshop.

I seem to have an issue importing Sky Presets, the presets are in my Downloads folder on my booted Mac Big Sur laptop, the same issue exists if the files are on my desktop as well.
Edit- Sky Replacement
Sky Replacement Window Appears
Click the Arrow next to the Sky: Box
Select Import Skies, select the file and click Open
Window pops up with Disk Error
