Before we try to resolve your issue with presets, we would need some more info like:
1. Whats the app version installed?
2. What is the device that you are seeing this issue on?
3. Whats the iOS version on it?
4. What kind of photos are you using (raw, jpegs, etc)?
5. Is there any other profile or preset applied on them prior to importing to Lightroom?
5. Do you see this issue with any preset you try to apply or some particular ones?
6. Could you share a screen recording of your workflow?
7. Lastly if you could share some photos for us reproduce this issue in house.

Sorry to know that you are having issues importing photos via Direct Import from your cfexpress card to iPad.
While we work to investigate and resolve this issue, I would like to get some additional details:
1. Which Lr version you have installed on your device ?
2. If you have tried importing similar format photos from your SD Card on the latest version of Lr, how did that behave? Did that crash too or skipped any photos?
3. With your cfexpress card, are you able to import the same set of photos to Photos app on the iPad ? If no, what issue does Photos app show - crash, close, incomplete import, etc.?
4. Could you please attach ascreenshot of any error messages that you see ?

Would like to clarify that the bug logged is for "I'm wanting to select the "X" flag which in the prior version darkened the photo and made it easy after reviewing all photos to quickly select and delete the photos I didn't want to keep." by Steve.
The issue is if you tap on 'x' in Info & rating , it will reject the asset but will not darken the thumbnail on the filmstrip.

Hello,
Just to confirm that the arrow on the right of the 'Recents' album name bar would reverse the order for you and also preserve your view in the grid where you were before changing the order.
Secondly for the issue that you are describing if I am understanding it correctly, seems like when you tap on the Recents album it shows you the first ever photo you took from your device camera as the first or last thumbnail in the grid?
Ideally, when you tap on Recents album in Device tab, it should take you to the grid view with the latest photo taken with your device camera as the last or first in the grid depending on sorting order you have selected.
Could you please share a video of how if shows starting from when you tap on the Recents album and go into that album grid to help us understand better and to see if you are seeing any issue which we may not be aware of.

As of now we have no way of locking the photo/video from being touched/edited. For any accidental changes, while you are in the loupe session, there is undo/redo action on the top bar.
Neverthesless, I will create a ticket for a feature request and see if this can be implemented in any way in future.

If you are looking for something that can block/lock your images from editing or changing the Metadata, then I am afraid there is no way of doing that as of now.
Having said that, there are ways you can either revert back to original if you don't like your edits or go to versions for settings the state to that of what you desire.
If you wish to export your photo or video, you can always do so as original which will not include any of the edits and metadata that you may have added/changed.
Is there a particular workflow that you are having issues with which the non-destructive nature of this app does not take care of? If you could give more details on the scenario or problem you are encountering, we might be able to help you further.

If you are talking about the shared photos or album, you can set the permission to 'Can View' only to achieve this and have no one else edit your shared photos or album.

1. Any particular photo formats that display this wrong orientation?
2. Any edits have been applied to these photos on SD Card?
3. Which OS your device is running on?
4. What is the app version you have installed?
5. How many images are on the SD Card?
6. Is the space available on device enough?
7. Is it possible to attach some images that show this behavior, for me to try to reproduce on my end?
Any other detail that you would have for us that might be helpful in reproducing this issue on our end?

Sorry for delayed response.
Due to potentially limited mobile device memory, we cannot perform the batch pasting if AI mask is included in the copy settings.
I am sorry for the inconvenience regarding the recomputing of each AI mask manually but for now this is the best way to get all masks applied. Will bring this up to the team.

Hello Chung,
Thanks for reaching out here with your question/concern.
1.We do have this option of applying the preset to multiple photos. For this first you apply a preset on a photo and then copy those seettings via the 3 dot icon on mobile or Desktop client. Once the edit settings are copied, you can go to the grid mode and select multiple photos and batch paste those settings that contains a preset.
2. For now we can reset photos individually only. There is no option to select multiple photos and reset them. I would be more than happy to share your ask with the team and see what we can do about it.

Hi All,
Sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding Instagram app option via 'Open in..' options. We have not been able to reproduce this issue on our end. I am attaching a screen recording from iOS 16.x device where I long tap on a photo in the grid mode and going to 'Open in..' shows Instagram app.
May be you can send us a similar screen recording and try to help you more.
Could you also provide the following info:
- Lr version
- Are you selecting one or more photos in the grid?

The HSL sliders for video are visible if you tap on the small chevron on the right of the color panel that is open, it will expand and show you all the three sliders. Attaching a screen recording for you here.

1. What's the app version installed?
2. What's the iOS version?
3. What does the error say? Could you attach a screen recording of the full workflow of when you enter presets and tap on Recommended tab ?

Few more questions does your workflow also involve device rotation, backgrounding of the app, switching between apps, any time in between when you left the device go into sleep mode, or is the editing done in one continuous session without any break?

To that I am happy to tell you that we do have Copy/Paste feature on iPad similar to what we have on Desktop. You can edit on iPad, Copy from the range of selection and paste on one or more photos. I tried to reproduce the issue you described by editing a few photos and going back to grid and loupe on iPad but seems like I am missing something as I wasn't able to see the issue. Hi Priya,
Sorry to hear that you are not able to find your saved presets or create new ones from the edited photo.
The saved presets can be found under : Preset > Yours > User Presets.
To create your own preset on your edits from a photo, after making any edits on mobile device tap to the 3 dot icon on the top right corner of the screen when in photo loupe > Create Preset > you can check/uncheck the settings boxes that you wish to include in your preset > Name your preset > tap on the checkmark on the top right corner of the screen.
This should save your own created preset under User Presets of Yours tab in Presets edit tool.

Hi Jim, I would happy to help you in this and like to get some info for the Direct Import issue from SD Card that you are seeing. Could you please provide the following info. 1. What iOS device you are on? 2. What Lightroom Version do you have installed on the device? 3. When you say 'doesn't upload', do you mean the photos thumbnails do not show in the grid for you to select for importing from the SD Card? 4. What file formats do you have on your SD Card ? 5. Do you have sufficient storage space available on your device? 6. Could you share the exact steps that you are following to get the photos from SD Card to Lightroom on device? 7. Would be very helpful if you could share a screen recording of your workflow and how the screen display when you connect the SD Card to the device One pointer for the Settings on your device for you to confirm. In iOS Settings > Privacy > Files and Folders, toggle Lightroom to Off and then back On. Some users reported that switching from On to Off and back On has helped. In iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos > Lightroom, ensure All Photos is enabled (not Selected Photos or None).
