@graceful_Swirl98A2 you need a system with a compatible CPU and other hardware, there's no way around it, the original AVX dates back to 2011 so that's 14 years ago now https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/photoshop/system-requirements.html

@waylander689 I don't use Photoshop Elements, but in Windows disk management you can change the drive letter of the new disk back to H, if it's unused https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/storage/disk-management/change-a-drive-letter

@saranee new laptops generally come with about a 1TB SSD, sometimes more, Photoshop requires about 5GB of that, not sure why you feel 5GB is taking up too much space I have all my apps and the OS installed on a 500GB SSD and still have 372GB of free space left
