Well didnt do this one : uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html since i cant get in the app and dont have anithyng installed since im installing adobe apps for the first time.

No matter what creative cloud is stuck on an infinite loading screen. After a few minutes it says "Creative cloud is taking longer than usual to load, do you want to relaunch?" I click relaunch nothing happens. I've tried every fix, still nothing. I Searched the issue, and it came up finally i tried it but nothing. Btw I created a new adobe account since my old gmail was deleted, and I was logged in with that account, then i signed out, deleted all programs, and deleted adobe creative cloud, then I reinstalled it, went thrue the process of Creating the new account, and signed in with that (on the install page) then i started creative cloud up, and nothing... Please help! Thankyou!
