Hi @Tarun Saini,
I am facing a similar issue with regards to incorrect format when downloading as a pdf.
As you can see in the attached files. The jpg version has the border formatted correctly around the certificate. Where as the layout is incorrect in the pdf version. I have tried replicating this on Microsoft EDGE as well as Chrome browsers, but getting the same trouble.
I have done this countless times in the last year, and this has never been an issue. This seems to be a recent problem. Can you please help with this.

Has anyone found any solutions for this yet? I know Abhi.G @ ADBE is working on trying to resolve it. But this delay is impacting my projects now. Are others continuing to suffer from these same issues of being unable to open older projects (before the update) and being unable to download newer projects (after the update)?

I apologise. I misunderstood webpage then. All my projects are built using adobe express on my web browser. I have worked on projects that sit within adobe express itself, and I download them into JPG or PNG for various uses. Hi @Abhi-G I have tried following these steps. I get to Step 4 and click on open converted file, then the project opens and I get this screen (attached screenshot below) and it stays on this screen. I have been waiting or over an hour, and there has been no progress. Kindly help me with this.

Abhi.G @ ADBE - Thank you for your response. Yes, the old projects are webpage projects, that I usually access through Adobe Express on my web broswer (which is no longer working post the recent update). Regarding the second issue - When I work on a new project and then click on Download - it says: "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon" . Sharing a URL link to a new project that I started yesterday - CFC (adobe.com) (Note: This project is also not loading now. As soon as I close a new project, I am unable to reopen them from my projects folder. Hence, I am also sharing a new project that I just now created for this test purpose - Test for Adobe

Hi Anubhav, After the latest update to Adobe Express, I am unable to open any of my old projects and unable to download any new projects. What is wrong here? My edge browser is up to date, adobe express is up to date and I have a 64-bit operating system. Why am I facing this issue and how do I solve for it? Kindly help.
