Hi Sheena, I have also been charged with code 044-207-3650 listed under system software reacurring payment for no apparent reason. The payment is not showing up on my billings history either so the virtual assistant is unable to help me. This is my last resort as I cannot find any other way of contacting adobe for help. would really appreciate if you could be of assistance and contact me.
