I can't see why location should make a difference. I have used the same procedure I've explained above, using your custom link which I typed in, and downloaded the subsequent QR code. When scanned with my phone camera, it's comes up with exactly the link pasted in, not that Adobe link you found it redirecting to.  I decided to try it with the screenshot you have posted here and that's where the go.adobe.io link appears. Most curious! So then I did these steps: I tried repeating my QR code generation by typing in my own website again and scanning the code before downloading it. I get my website link as expected.  Without saving or downloading that QR code I edited the link by typing in your link and scanning the code again. I get your expected link not the Adobe one.   The only thing that makes sense is that if you are copying and pasting that link from somewhere else and not typing it in fresh is that somehow it is corrupt and linking to the wrong thing.  My next steps would be to clean out my cache and cookies, close down and restart my computer and sign in fresh to Adobe Express. I'd then try to generate the QR code again by typing it in manually rather than pasting it and see what happens.  I know all this is a pain to do, but it's the only way to find out exactly where this is going wrong for you. I have just used the Create QR code quick action from the Adobe Express home page. You can see I have pasted the URL to my website there. I then clicked download and this is the QR code, which when I scan this with my phone shows exactly what I pasted as the link.   Creating a QR code like this does not make the link go to any address other than the one you paste into the link box.  ... Hello @Anne Marie38605345sgz0 I've moved your post here to this topic about Adobe Express being removed from Creative Cloud All Apps. I see that you received an email seeming to come from Adobe. As I have mentioned to @Dave Maddocks  above, Adobe Express Premium is still included within Creative Cloud All Apps (see screenshots above) and also, this Help page for Adobe Express from October 2024 still lists it as available in the All Apps and some single app plans.  Adobe Express Premium   I suppose I'm wondering if this is a just a sophisticated spam email and needs further investigation, but that will have to wait for when people are back in the office.  ... Hello Dave, are you certain that you have a Creative Cloud All Apps plan? You say it's "supposed to be All Apps" so can you sign in to https://account.adobe.com/ and see what it says there (although I've just looked at mine and there is a message that there is some system updating going on) and look for something like this: If you click the link I've underlined in red you'll find Adobe Express is still there under the tab Web: Is it possible you only have an Adobe Acrobat subscription? Do you use other apps like Photoshop or Illustrator? Was this an email you received from Adobe? Determining exactly what subscription you have will help to understand what's going on.  ... View more

Hello, I've just tried a QR code and it works for me in Chrome. Here's my screenshot just before I downloaded the SVG, and it's not an Adobe link.    So, I'm going to ask you to please try the usual steps when something doesn't work the first time: Close the project and the window. Restart the browser. Try again. If that doesn't fix the problem next try: Deleting the specific cookies for Adobe Express - https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647 Clearing the entire browser cache (which will mean signing in again to all websites - I know it's a big pain but I can't tell you how often this works) - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050 Testing another recommended browser e.g Edge, Firefox or Safari. Testing with an incognito window. Doing all the boring testing stuff helps when it comes to reporting the problem here.
