I have the same problem! Truly I am going to quit Adobe Premiere Rush for ever. The problem with "blue curcle" is annoying. I've tried so many variants to solve it, but failed. Nothing helps. Recently I have bought a new laptop running on Windows 10 and install Adobe Rush on it and do you believe? I have the same problem that I have on my PC.

Hello, I am using the latest version of Adobe Premier Rush, now it’s a 1.5.40 and I’m always up to date. I am working with DSLR videos and videos filmed on the phone. I am using an Adobe Rush on PC. And here is a link on Youtube video I’ve created only for this issue. And here is some information about the video: This video perfectly shows what the problem occurs while working with the footage. On this one video file I am going to cut the cooked steak into pieces and then place it on the plate. By the way, the camera lens looked straight at the plate. So in the video I go back and forth doing some preparation work. So, I cut the footage into 3 short episodes and apply transition between them. And when I play the video to see how it looks like, so I see the “bonus frames’’ from the deleted scenes in the transition effect. If I need to add some audio to my timeline (soundtracks that provide Adobe Rush) I want to listen to them first fust to know that this sound is right for my footage. But clicking on any soundtrack - nothing happens. I can't ''prelisten'' to any music or sound. In that case I should add it to my timeline and only then I can listen to it. This is not right. It's absolutely inconvient.

I'm having very weird issues with premiere rush ‘Cross Dissolve’ transitions. At first, when I installed a program it worked perfect. But it worked well until I started to upload videos 10 or 30 minutes long (these videos contain a lot of different scenes) and the problems began to happen. For example, I have uploaded a 15-minute-long video and cut it into 5 frames (videos). Then I apply transitions between them, so the program started to add some ‘bonus’ frame. This frame I can clearly see I've deleted in the process of editing the video, but it comes back only with transition effects, nothing else So that’s the best solution for me? And sorry for my English if I have mistakes.

I can’t delete any video files within Lightroom. When I want to delete video from Lightroom Catalog, it says: ‘The file named ……. could not be moved to the Recycle Bin.’
So, here are some information
I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud, so my desktop Adobe Lightroom Classic and Photoshop are always up to date.
All videos were upload a long time ago, so it can’t be if LR do some rendering a preview or checking if the metadata is up-to-date.

Hello, I have the same mistake "the command Raw Filter is not currently available"? so I have done the step "In the File Compatibility section of the Preferences dialog, check the box labeled Use Adobe Camera Raw to Convert Documents from 32 bit to 16/8 bit." So NOTHING has changed, I still can't choose 32 bit mode then click on "Tone in ACR" So HELP, I never used Photomatix and other programs as main, I love HDR PRo in Photoshop, but what should I do now?
