Hi @APOLLOPIX
Was your videos removed after being accepted or is it that they were not accepted at all?
The model releases: You may have different dates for model signature, your signature and witness signature. All signature should be done at the same time, hence the same date. Otherwise you need to double check to see what you might have missed. Alternately, you can use the electronic model release which is much easier and requires no witness. You'll need the models' email addresses.
Because we cannot access your account, there's not much help we can give except you provide us with more details.
Best wishes

Hi @akuikurizqi ,
Except for Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Happy Birthday and similar, it is better to use generic text such as "Text Here". The text you have on your art work came across as a movie or book title.

Hi @magnetic_rebel6325
The ribbon ends of the bow do not fall within the loop. Also the corner crop is not smooth and clean.
The edge of the butterfly is not cropped clean. Open your images on a black background layer and you will be better able the see the edges for clean and smooth crop.

Hi @tobben1963 ,
I'd just change the caption to read "Photo of Blue water drop splashing into yellow water with white background" and make sure "Photo" is selected as file type.

Hi @Vision350771902ejx ,
In all fairness with the exception of two, they are all similar. They are just variation of the same concept. This is what Adobe wants to limit.

Hi @Waqas_Ali9042 ,
Just to add, there is an issue with the rendering of the fingers of the first model. Also, the picture is grainy.
There's a problem with the teeth and earring/ear of the second model.
The third model eyes are looking in different directions. Also I think there is a problem with her ear.
You need to zoom in on your images and look for details.

Hi @Vidushi5D91 ,
All the files with hands have rendering problem. Here are two.
Thumbs not correctly rendered. There is an issue with the position of the joints of the the fingers on the right hand. For example, the joint of the middle finger should be a little above that of the index finger.
A finger seem to have gotten inserted where it does not belong
If you zoom in on the other hands, you will identify deformities.

Hi @Johnthebirder
All three images are noisy - the first has both chromatic and luminance. The other two has chromatic noise.
You need to address this issue in post processing.

Hi @Waseem35297664szvg ,
I suspect the edge in the forefront might be considered too soft for cropping. I agree with @daniellei4510 when he said you should try submitting it as a (transparent background) PNG. Otherwise i do not see an issue.

Hi @Rocha Santos ,
For the first image, there is an issue with the bag strap attachment. It is attached at the top of the bag instead of the side.
Poor rendering of the holes and lace of the shoe.
There is an issue with the depth of one side of the watch face. The left seem to be too deep at the edge.
Also the buckle is not entering the hole on the strap.

Hi @BIWAY PARK ,
The first image has grain and color noise and the color has a green tint. The color should be looking natural.
The color of the second image lacks vibrancy. It appears it needs some blacks. It has shallow depth of field and there was a camera shake. It too has noise grains.
For the third picture - I get the feeling the cat was poorly cropped from another background and placed on the current background. I can see the other background around the edge of the subject. Also the subject has noise grains.
The fourth picture is underexposed and noisy.
Zoom in on your files at between 100 and 200% to find the issue.
Best wishes

Hi @reubenl58709281 ,
I look at the first three zoomed. I observe they have shallow depth, causing the edges to be soft. Also, they tend to have a blue tint.

Hi @salma1986 ,
I was never advised of a weekly limit. There was a contemplation to limit contributors who are submitting large numbers of assets. That might be implemented and what's affecting your volume.

Hi @Bill Keefrey ,
I think the white balance of the first image is a little off. It's a bit blue and there's also a blue fringing on the edge.
Overall, the second image is underexposed. I'd increase the exposure and reduce the highlights and probably the whites. Also there are color fringing.
The third image has color fringing and is slightly too blue.
Best wishes

Hi @Raul Ceron ,
Thank you for that explanation. In my case I have no problem with similar. However, I find it odd that after submitting more than 4,000 acceptable quality photos, I suddenly do not know how to produce quality that Adobe will accept. What is even more odd, is that I am able to find other contributor's flaws, but not mine. It is as if my account is being flagged for refusals. Recently a work refused by Adobe was submitted elsewhere and was licensed with two days. Frankly, that tells me the quality of that photo is good and the subject is in high demand.
Regards
Jacquelin

Hi @anastaziet85725981 ,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience. You are not addressing Adobe, but a community of contributors as yourself. Many of us are experiencing 100% refusals for technical issues as well as similar. Many of whom are experiencing 100% technical issue refusals now, used to receive up to 90% acceptance. Since the introduction of AI everything has changed causing many of us not getting our work on the Adobe website. You can try other platforms. Most that are refused here are accepted elsewhere.
In any case many of the refusals are genuine, hence it would be good for you to post about 3 of your refused files here for us to see.

Hi @Colombe26127450fy07 ,
For the first picture, the tail has motion blur.
There is an out of focus object that cross the bird's outline, hence will cause an issue during cropping. There is also a green color fringe.
The second bird is not completely in focus. You needed more depth to include its legs. You should always try to include all objects in the forefront in focus.
There third picture is not in full focus. Besides, there seem to be a motion blur. In addition the whites/highlights need to be adjusted down to achieve more details.
For the fifth image, the highlights are too high.
The sixth photo has motion blur
The seventh image also has a focus problem.
Please zoom in on your files to inspect them at between 100 and 200% before submitting them.
Best wishes

Hi @RafaahaYousuf ,
From what I gather, you are allowed one Behence account per Adobe ID. Therefore, if you have multiple Behence accounts, you would have multiple Adobe IDs. As a contributor you are allowed one Adobe ID. Hence, Adobe will disable the excess IDs (Accounts).
