Worst idea ever. Native resolution is critical for a monitor's top performance. Other resolutions make text blurry and less bright. Scaling is a better solution but it's an excuse for poor PP gui.

Does anyone care at adobe about the extra stress on our eyes? This is ridiculous and After Effects is even worse!
How could this go by unnoticed? The font is way too small!

How could a visual program have no font size adjustment? Why does spotify have no audio setting if used with a an Amazon Firecube? I'll tell you why. These companies do not care about their users. There care about sensational gimmicks that make loud landings. Good luck.

Can't the new generative Ai be commanded to magically make the font bigger? People act like it is better than sliced bread even if the resolution is capped too low. Just joking and letting out some stressed eye frustration. Hope they fix this soon.

Please make it possible and easy to change the GUI font size in Premiere Pro! With this update, my effects panel font size is painfully small.

Why is this still a mystery? It is because there is no solution and is probably fixed in post. However, using Adobe Media Encoder may be a clue in getting consistent results. Please, for the love of god, does anyone else have any advice? 🙂

I find oddly that checking fast analysis and unchecking detailed analysis produces faster and better results. I do agree Premiere cares little about fixing this plugin and it shows in its results.

My point is I need to render with HDR Hardware Acceleration! Maybe that was lost in the complication? The first video editing software that offers HDR Hardware Acceleration I will run to. I like the look much better than rec709 and that is what the 4k HEVC allows for and that's why it should be hardware accelerated. Could it be any more simple. It feels like arbitrary manipulation to have it left out and discovered by me and a few others. 🙂

I appreciate the feedback. Much gratitude. I am so curious as to why this wouldn't be a priority for everyone wanting to leave rec 709. I mean it is possible? Isn't it? Doesn't the move to 4k bring the color space or is it just the resolution? I understand the editing benefits but thought I had waited long enough to make the switch to 4k a bit more seamless. I am still very impressed with what Adobe has given me. Thank you.

It stinks and adobe does not care to listen to anyone except their sycophants. Adobe does not want to fix the import fiasco for adobe premiere and like politicians refuse to see that there is a PROBLEM! Adobe does not want to make blur more powerful in photoshop and once again like politicians refuse to see that there is a PROBLEM. Seems to be a running theme for the world! Anyone to want to discuss if air or water is a basic human right? Or if the sky is sometimes blue? Get a clue Adobe, your clients are looking for alternatives to your software as I write this and the numbers are growing.
