Hi, this looks very odd. What would be helpful would be if you could create a diagnostic log for us to investigate. If you use the native mail client on your device you can do so by: 1. tap on three dot button on upper right corner of screen 2. tap on Help & Support 3. Hi, I'm trying to understand which export of the both that you have tried leads to this issue. "Tonight I did. I exported the file as i normally do from Lightroom iPad" - What format are you exporting to here exactly? @obxbeachphoto thanks for letting us know that this is editing only. Are there any specific features, e.g. effects or other features that can be time consuming? Have you noticed how fast this happens for you? Like after 5-10 images or more of a 10-20? The edit types still matter though but it would be helpful to get more information on how fast you run into this.

@Court5D34 how fast does the overheating occur? What kind of images are you editing when this happens? Since all running apps, including battery performance and surroundings have an impact on overheating, does it help to enable the iOS Low power mode? Thanks, Ignacio

Hi, you can see if they are visible by tapping on Presets icon and then the three dot menu in the upper right corner. * Select Manage Presets * Select Yours You can then see if they are available in the list, added some screen shots showing the views. If the presets are only available for some type of images, you will be able to see them if Show partially compatible presests has been enabled (selected in blue). Hope it helps, Ignacio

Hi, when you get this error, is it with already edited images or images that you have never edited/imported? This error can show up when you don't have the images in the Photos library on device and they can't be downloaded. Unsupported file formats or images that by some reason cannot be opened could also be the reason. Thanks, Ignacio

Hi, It sounds as if you haven't downloaded the editable image yet. Are you seeing this while being able to edit the images? If you tap on the cloud icon what does it say about the image type loaded (next to "LOCAL") ? If exposure/brightness seem excessive there's a chance that you have been using HDR, where the look will differ upon device/machine hardware capabilities. Thanks, Ignacio

Hi, Lightroom iOS app doesn't handle anything related to the App Store. Since you are mentioning child account, has the parent/guardian allowed the install of the app? The parent/guardian needs to enter the child's profile in the Family settings. What does the error message say exactly? A screen shot would be very helpful. Thanks, Ignacio

Hi, thank you for reporting this. Are you importing the images from the Device tab or Lr tab? Or is this importing running over auto import? Or are you sharing them from another application into Lightroom? When you run into this issue, if you tap on the cloud icon - does it tell you that there are still videos being imported?

@scottestey moved the topic to a new thread to make sure that we don't mix these issues up. Have you tried to see what happens if you reenable sync? It is not clear if you have finished syncing all data from the cloud to the desktop version. In case sync isn't done, this could be the reason for this issue. It would be great to know which version you are experiencing this issue on.

The crash that you are mentioning, on what device and OS version does it occur? Are you on the latest iOS version?
