Accessibility standards like 508? According to this page - https://www.adobe.com/accessibility/pdf/pdf-accessibility-overview.html - FM can create compliant PDFs. Have you raised whatever issues you're getting with FM PDFs in the FM forum? I don't recall much discussion about the issue. I highly doubt going through RH to create PDFs will result in any better PDFs than what FM could produce. It's complicated, but no, RH will not replace FM. It really depends on what output you create - long form PDFs, a book-publishing paradigm or Structured XML for use in other downstream workflows? Then FM is still your baby. Want to produce funky frameless HTML5 for websites or inclusion inside software? Then RH is the tool. Where the complications come in is that FM content can be imported or linked into RH projects & that FM uses an earlier headless version of the RH HTML5 rendering engine inside the FM Publish module. A long time ago, the RH dev team put out this on search ranking:   The RoboHelp Development Team kindly posted this information on the forum explaining how the search is weighted. In order, it is based on the search word appearing in: The topic title (as in Topic Properties and not to be confused with the Topic Heading) The topic keywords (Increasing the frequency of a word as a keyword will not help as it will be considered only once.) I would make it a habit to set the AdobePDF printer instance as your default Windows printer whenever using FM. In earlier versions there was a great little plugin called SetPrint that would change your default printer (inside FM only) so you didn't have to mess around with changing it in Windows, but that plugin doesn't work anymore.   ... Did you make changes since "the other version" [which you haven't mentioned was what?]? Did you have both inline and CSS styles fighting it out as mentioned in that thread Peter brought up? You also never answered the question about if it generates fine if you don't include that option in the preset - if that's the case, then the issue probably lies inside one of those expanding/dropdown sections. I would suggest updating the RH2022 version to the latest patch (6 right now) and test upgrading a copy of a Classic project (the Classic to New UI process will leave your Classic project intact, but it's always safer to play with copies). Then come back with whatever issues you run into - we're volunteers here and wouldn't do it if we didn't like to help.
