Having similar issues, I have tried all the fixes mentioned. Support has had access to my system 3 seperate times and spent 2+ hours each time. Moving to a different account worked for a few days, it was painful as I had to rebuild parts of my catalog and now I am back to same issue and will not open. Adobe needs to start commenting on this issue.

Yeah i spent the last two days rebuilding my catalog and now back to same problem and will not launch, as I suspected would happen as the root of the problem is not being addressed. With this many threads going on this issue it is amazing that Adobe is not responding, or is this par for the course?

Several threads going on this and I have yet to see Adobe say anything, tried all the fixes and nothing works. Had support on 3 different times spending at least 2 hours each, stripping down everything and rebuilding. First they blamed MS One Drive which I dont use then they said something do do with user account so I started operating off a different user which initially worked, spent hours rebuilidng my catalog and now back to the same issue. They just keep making the product worse.!!!!

I spent last 3 days with support trying to get this fixed, first I was told it was a conflict with MS One Drive (which I did not realized Windows had turned on). But that was not it. Eventually the only thing that worked was creating another user and opening from there, of course I had to bring over a catalog file and rebuild a bit. Not very satisfied with this and who knows if will work long term.

No solution just adding my voice, I have posted on a few other threads as well. Same issue, two nights in a row have had Adobe support trying to fix it. Get to a point where they think they have a solution unfortuatly after they leave it starts all over again. Next time i have them I will not let them go until I have restarted LrC several times.

Same issue here, LrC will not open. Tried installing earlier version, no luck. Still shows up running in Task Manager but nothing happens. Tried removing prefrences as well. Been working on this for a few hours and nothing is working. Photoshop opens fine.
