Can't attach files in the Reader forum

Is it just me or when you hit reply in any thread in the Reader forum, the attach file option is nowhere to be found and the camera is grayed out?

At this point it's looking a little iffy but hey, by day I'll be on a boat and by night I'll be drinking free rum all week long. It pretty much won't matter what the weather is doing.
