Can't open drm ebooks on my onyx boox kepler

Hello, i got an issue with the opening of my ebook with drm on my ereader an onyx boox, i did the log in with adobe id on my laptop and on my ereader too, after i downloaded the ebook on my laptop and after by usb connection from ADE to my ereader. I can read without problems on my laptop but on my ereader is just showing in the top the name of the ebook without any image, and say in 2 withe pages, "first page / last page" . I have no idea of what to do... all the other books without drm there's no problem to read!
