Why is the list of "Trending Questions" on http://forums.adobe.com/community/download_install_setup the same as the list of "Unanswered Questions"?

It's not. It just looks that way at first glance.
The unanswered questions list does not include the Answered questions (green icon).

The snarky answer is that "Trending Questions" are repeaded day after day and to each new user they are "Unanswed Questions".
