How can I post a question or get information about Contribute 3?

Before I can ask a question, I need to specify which product I am asking about.  When I start to write Contribute, the answer says something like look under Adobe Contribute.  I don't know see anything under Adobe.

The Contribute forum is located at http://forums.adobe.com/community/contribute If you go over there you can select the appropriate subforum and in the subforum click "Start a discussion" in the "Actions" pod on the right.
