How do I stop emails being sent to me from the forum

I have asked a question a few days ago about Elements 8 and clicked answer by email. I clicked it again to turn it off but I keep getting more emails it does not turn off.

I keep getting more emails every day about everything .

There are a couple of email boxes in "Your Stuff".  Check in Discussions as well as Preferences for email permissions.
