Someone helped me with a problem over on the FrameMaker forum, but I can't find the button to mark his comment Correct. The only options are these:

Only moderators and staff can do that.

Can you post a link and tell me which post needs to be marked correct  and I can mark it correct for you?

I got an email encouraging me to mark answers correct on my posts. You might want to look into that. I take that must have been for an older system?

The reply above is NOT the correct ansswer. Yes Staff and Moderators, and I think ACPs, can mark a reply as the correct answer and So Can the Starter, The Original poster, of a conversation.

EDIT/UPDATE

Back when this forum started, in September of 2019, Yes only Staff and Mods could mark a reply as correct. That has changed.

Here's the post: https://community.adobe.com/t5/FrameMaker/Run-ExtendScript-down-a-column-on-a-table/m-p/10621587#M62...

The correct answer is by Russ Ward, 2nd reply from my original post.

This seems a very inefficient way to do this. How do we notifiy a moderator/staff when we've receive the correct answer?

Then YOU are Not Signed In or YOU Did not Start the conversation.

To be able to Mark a reply as correct You have to be the user that Started the conversation AND You, the Starter of that conversation, has to be Signed In.
