eep asking me for an old serial number from my former version.

During the years I have reached vesion 9, but I don't have any old serial number.

you got a discount because you bought an upgrade version. it needs proof that you own a previous version. more info can be had if you post in the correct acrobat forum. this forum is for questions and comments about the workings (or not as the case may be) of the forums themselves.
