The Notices, Especially for how to tell an Adobe Employee should be at the TOP of EVERY forum main page. It is not on the Get Started forum page or the Feedback page (this forum).

This can lead to unsuspecting users being SCAMMED through the PM system. This has just happened in this discussion.

That notice should be on every forum main page.

Not that all users would read it but at least it would be available to them no matter what forum they are posting to.
