Hi,

I have two problems regarding PSE and Adobe Customer Service.

First things first :

1. When I try to run successfully installed software I receive this error:

Zrzut ekranu 2009-10-05 (godz. 15.59.52).png

and I don't know what to do next. Im trying to run it on Leopard Snow.

2. I bought software from shop on adobe.com and when contacted with polish Adobe division (country I'm from) I was denied any customer assistance (even when they checked that this software is legit). They claim that I can only contact with american division. Is that right? I'm pretty much sure that I have right to call to the nearest customer service and ask for help - but maybe Im wrong.

Best regards

We use this forum for questions about the forum functionality itself, so you will likely receive little help here (in the Forum Comments area) on your problems...

Your question about the error in PSE8 can best be answered here:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/photoshop_elements

As for the problem with customer support, please check out this part of the forum please read/post your experience here:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/general/adobedotcom_feedback

Many people have been getting better responses when posting on a Facebook website dedicated to Adobe's Customer Service (or lack thereof).

Or when replying to the email in this letter: http://www.adobe.com/support/open_letter_to_adobe_customers/

Hope this helps

I did run across this post in the Creative Suites Forum, not sure if anything here will help...but it could point you in the right direction:

You're welcome. I sure hope that last thread I posted will help you, I ran across it on accident yesterday but the error message appears to be the same as what you are getting.

Good luck!
