I am not sure which adobe flash product I need for what my goals are.  I'm interested in drawing and creating flash cartoons and I was wondering which adobe flash product is the best for being able to do that.   Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is the forum for, well discussing the forums in general.

I would definitely post to the Flash Forum, and someone can direct you as to version, etc.
