When I click "Actions" to reveal the roll-down to edit a post I get a spinning icon that never reveals the Manage option's for "Edit" and "Delete". This happens on Chrome and Firefox. It seems to work on Edge and Safari. It doesn't happen on the first post (OP) of a thread, since those edit options are contained in a separate panel on the right - it only occurs on a secondary post. Here's a screenshot:
I have been having a problem with this too as have some others. You are not alone.
Here's a temporary workaround I came up with:
Good suggestion. It seems to be behaving itself for me today though.

This started working after the recent forum software update but now it's broken again
Yep, still broken for me.
Same issue here:

New forum bug has developed today - when I click on a notification in my inbox I get the same spinning barbershop icon. Also happened when I tried to send a reply to a private message I received - lost a long message because of this.
This happens for both Chrome and Firefox. It works with Safari (at least on my iPhone).
On my workstation, I can't edit in Chrome, but I can in Microsoft Edge. But on my laptop, I CAN edit in Chrome, as well as Firefox. Both under latest Windows 10.
This should now be resolved. Please let me know if you see any of these issues pop up again!
