Thanks Ace

All offers that seem too good to be true are indeed too good to be true. If you do buy any software at a small fraction of its official retail price, you will be the owner of a pirated copy worth only the price of a blank disk.

Claudio,
Would that not be the price of a used disk (if sent rather than downloaded)?

I stand corrected. It would be worth the price of a disk full of useless data.

Claudio,
You forgot about the "nasties" that some nefarious sellers add - "the gift that keeps on giving... "
@ OP,
There are dozens of threads, usually on the various product fora, on the horrors of purchasing, "used," or the common "OEM" versions.
Also, Adobe makes it very easy for a legit seller to transfer licenses of the products, and if the seller does not have the paperwork, or is hesitant to provide it to you - run, and hide your credit card.
Good luck,
Hunt
