Unable to identify the Adobe Community an email comes from

When I receive emails from Adobe Support Community to posts in communities I am following, there isn't any indication of which community they came from. It would help if something could be included in the email so I know.

Yes this place is a MESS. Even worse if it is a Nested Reply as the first few words of that Nested reply show up as the topic Title. Which has NOTHING to do with the original post.
