Why does copying from Photoshop to InDesign turn Green?

I've just installed photoshop and InDesign onto my Apple Mac, all is running well but when I copy a photo from Photoshop to InDesign

the picture turns green, is there something that Im missing or do I need to re-instal?

Please Help.
