Export PDF does not open
Export PDFを購入したのですが、10分後にPDFがwordに変換する問てえいるのを待っているのですが
何度やっても変換しません

Sorry to say, its difficult to understand the message that you are trying to convey. We have tried to translate the description given above and assuming that you are experiencing trouble converting a pdf file to other format?
Your Adobe account doesn't reflects any subscription under it. Also, the Export PDF service that you had earlier, now it has been terminated. So there isn't anything that can be looked forward in order to resolve this issue.
