    Hey 森工務店株,

    We have looked into your account and found that the subscription for Adobe Export PDF ia already in the "Cancelling" status. Which might be causing trouble in termination.

    We suggest you to contact the customer care billing team for the  further assistance.

    Refer to the link  Contact Customer Care

    1- Select Account issues

    2-

    3- Select the Payments option and then click on "Show me my contact options".
