After Effectsでプレビューが再生されない

AEを使用中、突然プレビューが再生されなくなりました。添付したキャプチャのような状態です。

キャッシュクリアやPCの再起動、AEの再インストール等何度も試しましたが改善されません。

AEを使い始めて一週間程度ですが、PCのスペック的にもこれまでは問題なくフル画質でもプレビューできていました。

改善方法や原因等わかればよろしくお願いいたします。

なかなか直れないから仕事にならなくてものすごく困っています。

プレビューパネルの設定や環境設定のオーディオが内蔵デバイス設定されているか確認してはどうでしょう。

In the attached screen recording, it looks like preview is working fine in After Effects. Could you share more details on what's going on? Also, try to share full screen instead of cropped.

aftereffectsを使用中、突然プレビューが再生できなくなってしましました。

添付したキャプチャの通り、

キャッシュクリアやＰＣの再起動、ＡＥの再インストール等何度も試しましたが改善されません。利用し始めて一週間ほどたちますが、これまではＰＣのスペック的にも問題なく動いていました。

考えうる原因や改善方法等あれば教えてください。
