FDKで開発したプログラムの中で
FrameMakerの Document の文字を
Unicode を取得することは
できないのでしょうか？

    エンコード指定して取得可能な種類にUnicodeはないようですね。

    自前でコード変換してあげる事になるのでは？
    C/C++のライブラリを使えば良いんじゃないかと思いますが。
