イラストレーターが起動しません。

昨日から突然、Adobe illustratorが起動しなくなりました。

Adobe illustrator CC 2018が予期しない理由で終了しました。

との表示。

使用環境は

MacBook Air (11-inch, Mid 2013)

macOSはHigh Sierraを使用

昨日不具合が発生してからアップデートをしました。

バージョンは10.13.6です。

状況としては

Dockにあるアプリを起動しようとすると上記のエラーメッセージが表示され、

何も開きません。

トラブルシューティングとしてアンインストールをし再度インストールをしましたが改善しません。

他の方の投稿を見て環境設定などを触ったりとかありましたが環境設定開くことができません。

割と初心者なので教えてくれる方がいましたらよろしくお願いします。

    So you did not touch the preferences?

    Easiest way to reset them is to press Cmd+Shift+Alt while launching Illustrator. This permanently deletes the preferences and Illustrator builds new preferences.

    The other way is to rename the folder. The preferences folder is inside the user folder, which is hidden in Mac OS. You need to press Alt and then in the Finder use the "Go To" menu and select "Library". There is the Preferences folder and then inside that is the Illustrator preferences folder. Just change the name. Then launch Illustrator and it will create new preferences.
