結局は、取り消し履歴がつかないから「編集された」と認識されず「保存」ができない、ということだと思うんですけど、
例外として表示のアウトライン↔︎プレビューは、切り替えただけで取り消し履歴もつかず保存が実行できるんですね。これは例外中の例外とみていいかな…
とりあえず両方に投票しておきました。
