Illustrator2020　プロパティパネルのみが英語表記になっている。他のパネルは日本語。インストール時には、日本語(Creative Cloudの環境設定)でインストールしている。

    Ver.24の不具合で、プロパティパネルのみ表示が不安定な状態です。

    必ずしも英語表記になるわけではないのですが、かなりの確率でなるのが現状になります。
