ライセンス認証の際のシリアル番号を忘れてしまいました

今、イラストレータCS6を利用しており、PCが古くなったので新しいものに買い換えて、古いPCから認証を解除して、新しいPCで再認証させたいと思ったところ、Windowsシリアル番号がなくなってしまってまして、どのようにすればいいのか分からない状況となってます。ちなみに、ふるいPCの認証解除は完了しているので、新しいPCでの認証はできると思います。

    You should be able to find the serial number under your (then) Adobe ID here:

    Failing that, I am afraid you wiil have to ask Adobe, through a chat (just click the Still need help button straight away):
