ライセンス認証解除について

PCが２台クラッシュしてしまい、認証の解除をせずに新しいPCにCS4とCS5.1をそれぞれにインストールして、

認証も問題なくできたのですが、この場合認証の解除等は不要ということでよろしいのでしょうか？
