環境に無いフォントダイアログのボタンが押せない

macOS 10.4.6です。cc2020 24.0.1アップ後、システムでアクティブになっていないフォントを使用しているファイルを開くときに出る、環境に無いフォントダイアログのボタン押せなくなる事があります(閉じる、フォントを検索共ボタンにカーソルを乗せた時、反転はします)。毎回ではなく、押せなくなる原因がわかりません。同じ症状、原因がわかる方おられませんでしょうか。よろしくお願いします。 他の操作もまったく受付ないので、強制終了→再起動しかなく、再起動後、復元機能をアクティブにしていると復元されるが、また同じダイアログが出て操作できない。 cs6、cc2019でも発生していましたが、cc2020 (24.0)ではまったく起こらなかったのです。

Hi there,

So sorry to hear about the trouble you are facing with Illustrator. If I get it correctly, Illustrator 24.0.1 is freezing when you click on any buttons on find fonts dialog box and ultimately you have to force close the application.

A similar issue was happening with previous versions as well as except for version 24.0.0. After updating to 24.0.1, the issue reappeared again.

In this case, I would need a few more details like:

Is the issue related to a specific document(s)/font(s)? If yes, could you please share the document(s)/font(s) name with us? You can upload it to the creative cloud and share the download link.
What type (System fonts/ Adobe fonts) of font is this?
Screenshots of the application where it gets stuck.
